 WILMOT WOODS:
Located South of Evergreen Lake, Wilmot Woods location is near the lake,
area schools, and the recreation center. Three Sisters' open space park is a
short distance from Wilmot Woods. Homes in this area are older and many are
undergoing extensive renovation.

 FOREST HILLS:
Located South of Evergreen Lake, Forest Hills is an area where some homes
capture beautiful lake views and others have a glimpse of Mt. Evans' snowcapped
views. There is a mix of new and old homes in this area. There is also a mix
in home values.

 EVERGREEN PARK ESTATES:
South of Evergreen Lake and off Buffalo Park Rd. Evergreen Park Estates is a
quiet area. Most home sites are between 1-2 acres and have wooded lots. This
area is convenient to Three Sisters' open space park and is about 10 minutes or
less to area shopping.

 HANGEN RANCH:
Located just past Three Sisters' open space park, Hangen Ranch offers
spacious lots and allows horses. This is a great spot to settle into a quiet
lifestyle and enjoy mountain tranquility.

 BEAR MOUNTAIN VISTA:
Offering some of Evergreen's best views, Bear Mountain Vista is less than 10
minutes up Little Cub Creek Rd. Homes are on larger lots and many have
fabulous views of Evergreen, Mt. Evans' snowcapped peak, and the Continental
Divide. Homes on Bear Mountain Vista are some of the finest in the area.

 EVERGREEN HIGHLANDS:
Located off North Turkey Creek Road, Evergreen Highlands offers a mix of view

Evergreen Highlands is about 12 minutes from Evergreen town center and is about

south of Evergreen Lake. The Timbers is as enchanting as it is beautiful.
This area is one of the most beautifully designed areas in Evergreen.

await you at The Timbers.

 CRAGMONT:
Located off Hwy 73 between Evergreen and Conifer, Cragmont offers private
settings and many lots offer incredible Mt. Evans' views. Most of the lots are

HI:
Located off Hwy 73 between Evergreen and Conifer, Valley Hi offers home sites
