SODA CREEK:

Soda Creek attracts residents because of location, neighborhood ambiance, and lot sizes; five plus acres are larger than most areas in North Evergreen.  Soda Creek allows horses, has quick access to Bergen Park and I-70, and homes are among the finest in the North Evergreen Soda Creek styles include incredible log homes, executive style homes, homes with views, homes suitable for horses and much more.
 

SODA CREEK PROMONTORY:

Soda Creek Promontory offers breathtaking Elk Meadow views and easy Bergen Park convenience.  Most lot sizes are under an acre and homes are elegant and large.

UPPER BEAR CREEK:

Some of Evergreens most expensive and beautiful real estate is located along Upper Bear Creek.  The beautiful mountain road begins at Evergreen Lake and follows Bear Creek to some of the area’s finer homes.  Lot sizes vary from smaller to very large 200 plus acre parcels.  Home sites may be river-side estates with private bridges, have Mt. Evans' snowcapped views or may have beautiful lush meadow views.

KERR GULCH:

Close-in location that offers room to roam.  Kerr Gulch travels through a scenic meadow where large and glamorous homes rest.  Most lots are large, averaging 10 acres.  Kerr Gulch homes are among the finest of North Evergreen and some home sites have Mt. Evans' snowcapped-peak views.

TANOA/THE SUMMIT:

Located off Hwy 74 and Stagecoach Blvd.  Tanoa residents enjoy area convenience & a beautiful neighborhood and homes.  Most lots are under an acre, many have views, & some back to open space.  The beauty of this area is homeowners are within walking distance to Elk Meadow.  Located within Tanoa is a gated area called the Summit. The Summit offers some of the finer homes & the gated entry preserves privacy.

THE RIDGE AT HIWAN:

The Ridge at Hiwan offers homes that back to open space, homes with views, and homes on quiet cul-de-sacs.  Lots are generally under an acre.  Homes are convenient to area schools, open space parks, and ample shopping.  The Ridge has a gated area within the neighborhood.  The Ridge also offers an area of upscale town homes and condos.

HIWAN COUNTRY CLUB:

Hiwan CC is one of the original neighborhoods of Evergreen.  Most lots are under an acre.  The area has a mix of older and newer homes.  Many of the older homes have undergone extensive renovation.  Some Hiwan CC homes back to the private golf club and homeowners enjoy beautiful, manicured settings of greens and fairways.

HIWAN HILLS:

Hiwan Hills is near the heart of Evergreen and many home sites offer beautiful views and private lots.  Many of the area’s homes are on lots that are slightly over an acre.  This area is a mix of older and newer homes.  The trend is toward renovation of older homes.   Some Hiwan Hills' homes capture Mt. Evans' snowcapped views.
 

THE ISLAND:

The Island is an upscale, gated community.   Many of the homes back to the golf course.  Homes in the Island are large and stately.  The country club is a short cart ride away.  Most lot sizes are nearly half an acre.

THE OVERLOOK:

The Overlook is a gated area located off Stagecoach Blvd.  The lots in this area are over two acres.  Some of the most incredible snowcapped Mount Evan’s views are located in the Overlook.  The Overlook is charming and offers privacy and North Evergreen convenience.

TROUTDALE:

Located near Evergreen Lake, Troutdale is a great family neighborhood.  The area is quiet and most lots are a half acre or more.  Troutdale also offers town homes.  This neighborhood is convenient to downtown Evergreen and Troutdale is a short distance from Dedisse Park, a 420 acre mountain playground.

WAH KEENEY:

Wah Keeney is among the more affordable areas of North Evergreen.  It has easy access to the Fitness Club and to Elk Meadow open space park.  Most homes are nestled among the Pines and this area has a charm all to itself.

EL PINAL:

Located a stone’s throw from Hwy 74, El Pinal is a great spot with more affordable living.  El Pinal is the site for the annual Evergreen Rodeo.   Most homes in El Pinal have beautiful, distant views.

 

SUNSET RIDGE ESTATES:


Located East of downtown Evergreen, Sunset Ridge overlooks the town of Kittredge. Sunset Ridge Estates offers executive homes, lots averaging half an acre, and many homes with long distant views.
