Hiwan Country Club
Hiwan CC is one of the original neighborhoods of
Evergreen. Most lots are under an acre. There are approximately 616
lots in Hiwan. The area has a mix of older and newer
homes. Many of the older homes have undergone extensive renovation. Some Hiwan
CC homes back to the private golf club and homeowners enjoy beautiful, manicured
settings of greens and fairways. Hiwan elevation is approximately 7700 feet.
