THE HOMESTEAD:


The Homestead is a beautiful mountain neighborhood and most lots are two acres.  It is located off Hwy 285 and is about ten minutes to Hwy C470.  The nearest shopping and schools are located in Conifer a 5-8 minute drive from the Homestead.  Home styles are mountain elegance at its finest.

WEST RANCH


West Ranch is a gated community nestled in the foothills 10 minutes from Hwy C470.  This is an upscale area where the lots start at 10 acres.   Horses are allowed in this area and homes are generally large and elegant.  West Ranch is an upscale area with large lots and convenient city access.

THE BLUFFS:


Located just off Hwy 285, the Bluffs is one of the closest mountain neighborhoods to the city.  Lots start around 5 acres and homes are large and elegant. The Bluffs has one of the most convenient accesses to Hwy 285. 

DOUBLE HEADER RANCH ESTATES:


City views can be seen in this neighborhood.  Enjoy city lights at night and mountain beauty during the day.  Lots start at one acre, some homes have more land.  The homes in this area are generally a little older and there is a mix of newer homes.

WILLOW SPRINGS:

Willow Springs is located just into the foothills from Denver.  Willow Springs and Willow Brook enjoy magnificent city views and homeowners are treated to beautifully towering red rocks that are sprinkled throughout the community.  The golf course curls around the community and many homes back to manicured fairways and greens. The lots are generally .25 acres in size and homes are big and elegant.  This area also offers town homes and cluster living.
