Bonnie Brae is a residential neighborhood with many beautiful traditional ranch, tutor and bungalow style homes from the 1930´s and 1940´s. There are some newer home built homes being mixed in here as well. Bonnie Brae, whose name means "Pleasant Hill," was designed to look like a small Scottish village. The neighborhood is characterized by curved streets and a circular central park.   Bonnie Brae's location is University Blvd south of Cherry Creek and north of DU & Washington Park.  Residents enjoy easy access to I-25, Washington Park and trendy restaurant & shopping districts; Bonnie Brae, DU and Cherry Creek.
