 BELLE MEADE:
Belle Meade is an upscale area with a very desirable close-in location.
Located off Kennedy Gulch, Belle Meade is minutes from ample shopping. Lots
start at 10 acres and go up to 35 acres. Horses are allowed and open space is
minutes away. Belle Meade offers some of Conifer's most beautiful homes. The
neighborhood is extraordinary, space is ample, views are magnificent, and
beautiful homes are situated in mountain splendor.

 EVERGREEN MEADOWS WEST:
Located down the road from Flying J Ranch open space park, Evergreen Meadows
West offers quiet home sites with view lots. Home lots start at two acres and
most homes have more land. Ten minutes to shopping and 15 plus minutes to
downtown Evergreen.

 CONIFER MOUNTAIN:
The area’s best views are seen from Conifer Mountain. Conifer Mountain is
located off Kennedy Gulch. Some of the home sites reach altitudes over 9,000
feet above sea level. Most lots are at least two acres and many have more
acreage. Conifer Mountain views include Denver city lights, Denver
International Airport , Pike’s Peak, Mt. Evans' and the Continental Divide.

 CONIFER RIDGE:
Conifer Ridge is an upscale area where all lots are at least 10 acres.
Horses are allowed. Homes are big, beautiful and many have snowcapped peak
views. Conifer Ridge is located off Richmond Hill road and shopping is about an
8 minute drive.

 CONIFER MEADOWS:
Conifer Meadows is located off Foxton Road. Conifer Meadows offers home
sites on two acre lots. Many homes have views. This area is very quiet and
convenient to Conifer’s town center. Area residents enjoy quick access to
Reynold’s open space park which is minutes down Foxton Road.

 PIANO MEADOWS:
Located about 10-15 minutes off Richmond Hill Road, Piano Meadows offers
dramatic views of Cathedral Rock and Pike’s Peak. This area is very quiet and
homes vary in size and price.

 RANCHO MIRAGE:
Located off Richmond Hill Road, Rancho Mirage is a small, upscale subdivision
of homes with 10 plus acre lots. The homes are very elegant and the area is
quiet.

 KINGS VALLEY:
Incredible Pike’s Peak and Cathedral Rock views are common for this area.
Most lots are smaller than an acre. There are some homes on larger parcels.
This area is a mix of older and newer homes.

Pleasant Park road journeys past some of the area's most beautiful ranches.
Horses are common for this area. Homes, lots size, views, and price vary in
this area.

 ASPEN PARK:
Aspen Park is the most convenient of all the neighborhoods to local
shopping. It also has very easy access to Hwy 285. Homes in this area are
generally under an acre. Prices are among the most affordable in the Conifer.
